How to Participate in Commission Meetings



The Commission affords an opportunity for members of the public to address the Commission during the meetings on items of interest that are within the Commission's jurisdiction. The Commission is not permitted to take action on items that are not identified on the meeting agenda. Members of the public that wish to submit written material regarding an agenda item may contact the Commission at (916) 263-0700. A sign-up sheet is provided for individuals who would like to address the Commission and desire to identify themselves, however, it is voluntary and not required in order to address the Commission.

Persons who wish to be notified in advance of Commission meetings and meeting agendas may subscribe to receive this information on the Commission's website. In addition, requests may be submitted by calling the Commission at (916) 263-0700 or faxing to (916) 263-0499.
