California Gambling Control Commission – Customer Service Survey

The California Gambling Control Commission (Commission) is conducting a survey to measure how effectively we are achieving one of the objectives of our Strategic Plan for 2017-19, to provide exceptional customer service. Our specific goals for this objective are to increase our understanding of our customers' needs and to assess our ability to provide accurate and timely responses. We would appreciate your feedback regarding your interactions with the Commission. The Commission is committed to excellent customer service. Your responses will be used to help us improve our customer service.

You will have the opportunity to include comments or suggestions, as well as an option to include contact information. You may submit anonymous comments and suggestions.

Please note that this survey is limited to the Commission's functions as a regulatory body, including, but not limited to, approving licenses, making findings of suitability, and making distributions to eligible tribes from the Indian Gaming Revenue Sharing Trust Fund. This survey is not designed to assess enforcement and related functions provided by the Bureau of Gambling Control within the Department of Justice, including, but not limited to, submitting applications, conducting audits and background investigations, approving cardroom games and rules, and other enforcement matters.

The survey may be accessed by clicking the link here. This survey may be forwarded to appropriate persons within your organization. You will have the opportunity at the end to submit any questions or comments, as well as the option to supply your contact information if you would like a response. The survey should not take more than ten to fifteen minutes to complete. The survey will be available until December 15, 2017.
