  • Amendments to Regulations - Program for Responsible Gambling
    • The Office of Administrative Law has approved the Commission's amendments to its regulations for the Program for Responsible Gambling to update the Commission's existing regulations. These regulations, in part, allow patrons who submitted a self-exclusion request with a lifetime ban to request removal from the lifetime self-exclusion list at any time after one year from the effective date of the original self-exclusion request. The regulations also repeal the five-year term option for patrons that submit a Self-Restriction Request form or a Self-Exclusion Request form. These regulations will not take effect until July 1, 2016. You will find the Advisory Notice, Final Text, and Final Statement of Reasons here.

Eligible individuals who wish to be removed from the lifetime ban for self-exclusion must submit a Self-Exclusion Removal Request form to the Bureau of Gambling Control. However, the request for removal cannot be accepted prior to July 1, 2016. This form will be made available via the Commission's website on June 27, 2016.
